Teen Therapy (Ages 14–19)

I offer therapy for teens that creates a safe, judgment-free space to express emotions, build confidence, and strengthen emotional regulation. Using mindfulness, IFS, and trauma-informed care, I help teens navigate anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges while developing tools for healthy communication and self-understanding.
Adult Therapy
Adult therapy focuses on helping you move through life transitions, burnout, relationship struggles, and the lingering effects of trauma or anxiety. Sessions integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS Level I & II), EMDR, and AEDP to address emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, therapy provides space to reconnect with your authentic self and create lasting change.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners repair communication, rebuild trust, and rediscover emotional connection. I work with couples facing conflict, infidelity, or disconnection to identify patterns and strengthen relational safety. Grounded in attachment-based and experiential approaches, sessions focus on emotional attunement and vulnerability, helping each partner feel seen and understood. The goal is not just resolution—but a renewed capacity for intimacy, empathy, and shared growth.
